While City are second from top, Burnley are second from bottom and are staring relegation in the face. They have picked up just 12 points from their 21 matches, and are 5 points from safety heading into this match. They are where they are because of issues in front of goal at either end of the pitch. They have only scored an average of 1 goal per match, while they have been conceding an average of 2 goals per game. If the gap between them and safety hits 10 points, then I see no way back for Vincent Kompany and his young squad.
There will only be one winner in this match, and that is Manchester City. It should be a relatively comfortable victory for Pep Guardiola and his men, with my predicted score for this match being a 3-0 win to the home side.

Not too long ago, some pundits and fans were writing off Manchester City and declaring that the title was Liverpool's or Arsenal's to lose. However, that was a load of codswallop, and I still make City the favourites to win the title, despite the fact that they are sitting five points behind Liverpool. Kevin de Bruyne has made a much-awaited return to the team after a long injury, and I truly think that he could be the difference between them winning and losing the league title. After a slight blip, they seem to be the Manchester City that we all know and enjoy watching.
