Yes, it is unusual for them to go on such a poor run of results, but we all know how good this Manchester City team is - it would not surprise me if they only lost one or two more matches between now and the end of the season. Despite their dip, they have still scored the most goals in the league and have one of the meanest defences.
Crystal Palace, on the other hand, are in a bit of a crisis as they have only two wins from their previous 10 matches, with their last win coming against Manchester United six matches ago. They are now just 7 points above the relegation zone and another loss or two, coupled with wins for other teams around them, could see them sucked right in.
There is only one outcome that I see for this match, and that is a Manchester City win. They are playing at home, and I do not see Palace having the firepower or defensive steel to leave Manchester with a positive result. I am predicting City to win 3-0.
