Austria have been one of the outstanding teams in Germany in my opinion, and I would be happy to see them go deep in the competition. They were in a tough group with France, Poland, and the Netherlands, but they still managed to finish at the top of the table. They were immense in their 3-2 win over the Dutch and were very unfortunate not to get at least a point against the French. As a reward for topping Group D, they are now on the "easier" side of the draw and will fancy their chances of making it to the final.
Turkiye are like the Pakistan cricket team in the sense that you just never know which team is going to turn up. At the previous Euros they were eliminated without picking up a single point, but this time around they managed to win two of their three Group F matches - they beat Georgia 3-1 and the Czech Republic 2-1. They were pretty poor in their 3-0 defeat at the hands of Portugal, but they will have put that result firmly behind them.
With the way that these two teams have played so far, I can see this being a very entertaining match as both nations like to play attacking football.
